Its impossible for me to sleep starigh and am mostly fall asleep in a 45 degree position that results in back ache and stiff neck everyday literally. :( And my cold never comes alone, is always acompanied by cough and I have bronchitice, and that reults in breathless ness and at time (Thank god not for the last 6 or 7 years) used to make my dad run to the hosipital for a shot in the butt, to subside my heavy breating. And I carry Asthalin Inhaler with me all time :( How bad, well you got to see me (especially at night) to know it.
