Now it really rocks.

When I first got the computer, the vendor installed a Thai version of Windows XP Pro Sp2 (Of course, I did change the language to English and all). However, it gave me quite a few problems… first, it wouldn’t let me install Yahoo! Messenger until I de-activated DEP (Data Error Prevention). Then, I tried to install NFS Most Wanted (one of the games I was looking forward to the most, once I got the new PC), and it wouldn’t run. It wouldn’t run lots of other games too.

Finally sick of it, I got Windows XP Media Center Edition, and installed it last night. (I was up till quite late doing that, actually). And now I’ve installed NFS Most Wanted, and it runs brilliantly! YAAAY for me! Now the computer really rocks.

PS: It’s my mum’s birthday today, too! I suppose my mum’s lucky for me :D
